Privacy

A short, plain-language privacy notice.

What is collected

When you submit the enquiry form, the information you enter is collected so I can assess and respond to your enquiry. This includes your name, email address and the message you provide.

The form also retains limited technical and campaign information, such as the page and referral source, standard UTM campaign parameters, submission time and a unique submission identifier. This helps identify how an enquiry arrived and protect the form from spam.

How it is used and retained

Enquiry data is used to respond, assess whether there may be a suitable engagement and keep an accurate opportunity record. Submissions are processed and retained by Formspree, the service used to receive and manage enquiries, and delivered to me by email. Formspree handles that data under its privacy policy.

Enquiry records are retained only while they are reasonably useful for those purposes, legal obligations or ordinary business record-keeping. You can ask for your enquiry data to be corrected or deleted, subject to any record-keeping obligations.

Website measurement

This site may use privacy-conscious, cookieless measurement to understand aggregate page visits, campaign sources and actions such as CTA clicks, form starts, submissions and outbound link clicks. It is not intended to build advertising profiles or track you across unrelated websites.

What not to send

Do not submit confidential, personal, market-sensitive or regulated information through the form. A short, non-sensitive description of the problem is enough for an initial conversation.
